Emma joined Threads in 2020 in the operations team and has recently taken on the responsibility for leading marketing operations and teams, which is at the very core of Threads unique business model. Emma oversees both the special project teams at Threads, the content production, creative studios and fashion teams. Previously at Rainbowaave showrooms, Emma has spent her career in operational and customer centric positions. Emma has a Masters in International Fashion, and qualifications in business, six sigma and sign language.
