Finance team

The Finance Team's key priorities include supporting the business in driving sales and gross profit margin, ensuring compliance with regulations, maintaining a strong controls environment and safeguarding company resources. They are knowledgeable in all areas of finance, from cross-functional OKRs to payroll, insurance and VAT.

The team partners with all teams across the business, with Financial Planning & Analysis focusing on Marketing & Sales Management, Finance Operations supporting Operations, Threads Buy, Brands, Logistics & Sales and the core Finance Team partnering with back-office functions such as IT, Tech, People and Facilities.

The team finds motivation in different activities such as negotiating a discount on a supplier contract, securing insurance cover for a sales event or supporting on logistics and sales tax treatment. At the heart of their motivation is driving profit/cash flow and creating efficient and effective processes.
