Operations are responsible for ensuring that our sales and marketing efforts are translated into successful customer experiences. The team is made up of Customer Experience & Projects, Logistics, and Order Management.

They are passionate about providing clients with the best possible service.

Logistics and Order Management work to minimize inventory costs and ensure that products are delivered to clients in a timely manner. They also process orders quickly and accurately and ship products to clients in a timely and efficient manner.

Our Customer Experience & Projects work to resolve any issues that clients may have with their orders or products and work to provide clients with a positive overall experience.
