The People Team at Threads is focused on facilitating the success of their people by hiring talent for all roles, taking care of employees from the application process to parting ways and ensuring happy employees and a successful business. They put their people at the center of everything they do - providing services from IT helpdesk, workplace and community events, coaching and training and people support.
The team partners with the entire Threads community on talent, people development and support, learning & development and IT Support.
They're motivated by their vision for the Threads community to be formally recognised as the place to develop a career in luxury retail, which they achieve by creating a learning culture, developing development tools and engaging with partnerships for early careers.
