We practice equity in selection to provide less-represented groups with access to opportunities, and us, access to the best talent. We ask candidates to share their demographic data in their application so we can prioritise less-represented groups in the initial selection process to provide an equitable funnel. All candidate offers are decided on the basis of qualifications, merit, and business need.
